This de-alcoholized sparkling white is made using real - sustainably grown - grapes. Sovi uses a winemaking process where the alcohol is removed.

A brut-style Sparkling Chenin Blanc with notes of green apple, lemon peel and white flowers. It is dry, crisp and refreshing. Enjoy it on its own as a drink before dinner, with a light meal, or at brunch with friends.
