10th Street Peated Single Malt

10th Street Distillery is a San Jose based distillery mostly producing single malts. It was founded in 2017 by Virag Saksena and Vishal Gauri. The two entrepreneurs, both engineers, were college roommates. Saksena a Scotch lover, is a self-taught distiller. He spent two weeks as an apprentice on Islay at the Lagavulin distillery.

This Peated Single Malt is double distilled in copper pot stills using 100% Peated malted barley and aged in first-fill bourbon barrels.

Creamy full flavors of vanilla and dark red apple peels, turning into rounded peat flavors. A delicate balance of fruity and smoky notes. Full bodied, buttery, with a lingering peaty finish.

46% abv
