Benesin mezcal creates a sustainable local economy for Indigenous communities in Oaxaca by utilizing natural resources and cultural knowledge to produce award-winning mezcal. A percentage of all profits are dedicated to supporting the local education, economy and community development of San Juan del Rio.
Nose: Peach, pineapple, papaya, melon, plums, burnt orange peel, citrus, vanilla, caramel, minty, earthy, smoky.
Palate: Citrus, pear, papaya, dried fruit, cinnamon, fennel, spice, pepper, peppercorn, mineral, minty, briny, wet stone, tangy, smoky.
Finish: Pineapple, bright citrus, sweet cream, grass, smoky, light, soft, smooth, dry, lingering.
