Boomsma Claerkampster Cloosterbitter

Based on a 15th c. recipe from the Monastery Claerkamp, Boomsma Cloosterbitter combines herbs & plants (Gentian root, juniper berry, clover leaf, etc.) macerated in alcohol to impart unique traits. Blended according to a family secret, it has a vibrant green color & complex superior taste. An independent family-owned distillery, you can drink it chilled, on the rocks, or mixed with cola. Try it as an aperitif or digestive. The Last Word cocktail is great with its ginger-infused finish. It makes a great alternative to Green Chartreuse.
