Carignan "For You, Anything" 2022

A companion to the 'enhorabuena' rosé from the spring, this Carignan is harvested from the same vineyard and treated differently. 'For you, anything' was partially foot crushed, slowly fermenting on skins for 8 days. After that, it was pressed and finished fermenting in stainless before aging in neutral oak for 5 months. Then, in late March, the Carignan was racked and bottled, with no fining or filtering and only 20 ppm SO2 added. Its taste? Crunchy red fruits, brambles, and a bright undertone!
