Carter Beats The Devil Bundle

Known as "The Carter" behind the stick, this cocktail was (and still is!) an Oakland favorite. It's hands down the cocktail Jessica has made the most in her career and the one she could confidently make blindfolded. Created by Thad Vogler and Eric Atkins for Flora Restaurant & Bar, this drink is a lovely surprise.
