Detox Herbal Tea

This blend contains Organic; dandelion root, burdock root, milk thistle, red clover blossom, and spearmint.

Brewing Instructions:

1-2 teaspoons per 8 ounces of water

Steep 7-10 minutes

Drink 3-6 times a day for best results.

Drink every day for 2 weeks, then break completely from this tea for 2 weeks, you may continue all and any other teas you are taking and then continue this tea once again after two weeks.

Continue this cycle until the package is finished. Cleanse/detox again every 3-6 months or as needed.
