Hillside Vineyard in Talmage, with loam soil and vines planted in the 1970s, is the beating heart of Subject to Change. Expertly managed by Humberto Nunez, this Sauvignon Blanc is a tropical fruit-flavored golden straw natural orange wine that is citrusy on the nose, juicy with hints of spice on the palate, good tannin with a fresh and lasting finish!
