Fractura Rosa is a rosé wine from the Valle de Guadalupe, coral in color with creamy notes of fruit yogurt, butter, and breadcrumbs, pronounced acidity and medium intensity on the palate, hints of rhubarb and strawberry.

Sourced from vineyards over 55 years old, planted in sandy soil in the Valle de Guadalupe; Cluster selection and manual harvest, whole-cluster pressing with pneumatic press for 6 hours; spontaneous fermentation, no additives, and no filtration of any kind.

Total production of 80 cases.
