Fractura Syrah 2022

"Fractura Tinto" is a Mexican red wine with a deep violet color, lively and well-balanced, with good acidity and aromatic notes of flowers such as magnolias, sweet licorice, pepper, and cloves.

It originates from a vineyard located near the Pacific Ocean, with clayey soil. The grapes are carefully selected and hand-harvested. Both varieties undergo cofermentation: 50% with whole clusters and 50% destemmed. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, followed by draining and pressing into old 225-liter barrels, where it is aged for 6 months.

The total production is 80 cases.
