Maloof Wines is a husband-and-wife winery team based in Forest Grove, OR. They are dedicated to making wines full of energy, with the number one goal of truly capturing a place and time in each bottle. They work closely with farmers to achieve this goal, and consider them to be the true inspiration of their work. Maloof wines is focused on producing single vineyard wines of often overlooked or misunderstood white grape varieties, in addition to making some fun and funky Cuvées of all colors.

This luscious Pinot Gris showcases a remarkable medley of weight and ripeness, complemented by snappy acidity. Temperance Hill is situated in a cooler area with varying slopes and ocean views, granting the vines uninterrupted access to delightful afternoon coastal breezes, thus providing extended ripening times. Each year, the vineyard is divided into two harvests spaced almost two weeks apart, the second of which is left on the vine to develop further and produce a more full-bodied wine. The earlier pick provides a brilliant balance of acid and richness.
