Moletto Tomato Gin

Moletto Gin is crafted with a selection of grains and two types of juniper berries sourced from the Mediterranean maquis and the Alps. Its truly unique feature is its use of tomato, plus the pure spring water from the Dolomites to reduce its alcoholic content.

On the nose, juniper and tomato aromas are followed by herbal notes of rosemary, mint, and basil. The taste is smooth with a juniper berry finish, as well as fragrant citrus and balsamic undertones. Lastly, the sensation of ripened tomato lingers, refreshing the palate with its vibrant notes.
