Ortolan Old Fashioned Bundle

This recipe is by our friend Rob Collier who created Ortolan Rosolio. Made from over 25 varieties of heirloom roses (and somewhere between a liqueur and aperitif) this Rosolio adds an interesting variation to many classic cocktails. We are particularly fond of it in the Old Fashioned. Rob likes to add coffee beans for extra richness.
