RO'S NEGRONI BUNDLE

Ro has declared the Mezcal Negroni the ultimate first-date cocktail. Traditionally made with gin, the Negroni is one of those rare cocktails where the main spirit can be switched out and you’ll still get an impressive and complex cocktail. Using whiskey makes it a Boulevardier. Prosecco will make it a Sbagliato.  At The Shop, we always go for Mezcal. Ro prefers them served down on the rocks and makes sure to eat the orange peel garnish so their breath is extra fresh.
