The Backstroke Bundle

I generally order two cocktails, a martini or mezcal margarita. This cocktail is a play on the reverse martini. When creating the opening bar menu for Bombera this was the first drink I put on. The Istine Rosata Vermouth gives this cocktail a pretty pink hue that contrasts beautifully with the Castelvetrano olive. I love drinking this in the summer or before dinner when I want a spirit forward cocktail that's just a tad less boozy. Garnish with a twist or olive.
