The Cali Amaro is reminiscent of a bitter old-school amari but with a contemporary Cali twist

Pour: 1 part Bitter Optimist Cali Amaro over ice. Sip straight or add a splash of club soda for a longer sip. Use as a base for more complex cocktails. Garnish with a citrus peel
