Crafted from 100% wild-harvested Dasylirion leiophyllum succulents grown in Chihuahua, Mexico, Flor del Desierto Sotol is produced using deeply traditional methods. The plants are broken down by hand, slowly cooked with local oak, wild-fermented, and distilled twice in small copper pot stills.

Often described as a bridge between tequila and mezcal, this sotol is expressive and layered, offering orchard fruit, spicy herbs, minerality, earth, and just a gentle wisp of smoke. Structured yet vibrant, it captures the wild landscape it comes from with clarity and balance.

Aroma: Pine needles · Sap resin · Eucalyptus · Wet river rocks

Palate: White pepper · Citrus · Green herbs · Fresh lawn clippings · Pronounced minerality

Best enjoyed: Neat, with a splash of water, or in spirit-forward agave cocktails
