Build your cart and head to check out. Select “pick up” as your delivery method. You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. Order placed by
2pm will be ready the same day pick up. Orders placed after 2pm will be available for pick up the following day.
When your order is ready you will receive a confirmation email. You are welcome to pick up your order at any time during business hours once you have received your confirmation.

SHIPPING FAQS
Non-Alcoholic ItemsBar supplies and non-alcoholic items can ship anywhere in the United States.
Alcoholic Items
We only ship spirits and other beverages above 25% within California. Wine and other beverages below 25% can be shipped nationwide, with the exception of the following states; We do not ship to SD, UT, MS, AL, VT, and KY.
When will my order ship out?
We ship Tuesday through Friday, and orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after being placed. An email confirmation with the carrier and tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped.
What carriers do you use?
We ship via GLS, USPS, and UPS.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices are determined by the size, weight, and postal code of your order and dictated by the carrier rates.
How long do shipments take?
GLS : 1-2 day shipping within California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah.
UPS : 3-10 business days (depending on destination)
USPS : 3-10 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates. Weekend orders, holidays, and weather can impact shipping dates. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is en route.

What should I do if my items are ordered in transit?
Email us at hello@sipalkalirye.com with photo documentation and we will issue a refund or send a replacement. (510) 488-3637.
Is an adult signature required to receive my order?
Alcohol shipments require adult verification to ensure they aren't delivered to underage recipients. It is recommended that you provide an address where you know an adult will be available to sign. If your order does not contain alcoholic items an adult signature will not be required.
No. We only ship within the United States.
GIFTS
Gift Cards come in four denominations: $25, $50, $100, $200. Once purchased, Gift cards are sent via email to the purchaser. Gift cards can then be sent via email or printed and gifted to the recipient. Gift cards have no additional fees and can be used online or in store. If you would like a gift card in a different amount or a physical card sent, please email hello@sipalkalirye.com or call us at the shop at (510) 488-3637.
Can I include a note with my gift?
Yes. Include your message in the “note section” in your shopping card before placing your order. Your message will be written on an Alkali Rye post card and purchase wrapped in tissue paper at no additional cost.
Do you do corporate gift boxes?
Yes. Email jessica@sipalkalirye.com with “corporate gifting” on the subject line.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Home goods may be returned to or exchanged within 30 days and proof of purchase. By law all alcohol sales are final. We do our best to update listings with current vintages and batch details. If you are interested in a specific vintage or batch please check before ordering. If an order is returned to the shop after the carrier has attempted 3 deliveries, no refunds will be offered and we will drink it.
