An Italian-style salami from Olympia Provisions, made in the Campania region style with black pepper, chili flake, and allspice. It carries a distinct earthy, iron-forward flavor, encased in a natural, edible hog casing covered with the funky, colorful natural mold typical of the style.

Slice it thin for a charcuterie board, or layer it into a sandwich for a bold, peppery bite.
