Primo Aperitivo

This aperitivo comes to us from Mexico City. Starting with a neutral grain spirit, the folks at Primo then add grapefruit peel, orange peel, rhubarb, cacao, hibiscus, gentian, chili guajillo, cinnamon and more! The result is a a delightfully complex and balanced aperitivo that mixes well with agave spirits and makes a mean spritz.
