YUU BAAL JOVEN ESPADIN MEZCAL

Made from farm grown agave Espadin, and it exhibits a nice, soft flavor followed by a refreshing but vigorous intensity that reflects the first years of the maguey plant. Roasted aromas of earth and spice emanate from the nose, and the palate brims with subtle smoke and a concentrated blast of tangy fruit and savory spice.
