An original blend of eleven botanicals and spices fuse the flavors of East and West to produce a wholly unique drinking experience.

Korean Perilla Leaves add nutty, earthy, herbaceous flavors. Gochujang and Ginger kick up the spice. Dried Kelp rounds things out with rich salinity.

Young Jung is from both Korea and California. Growing up in the Bay Area, she watched as her restauranteur mother lovingly hand-crafted myriad varieties of kimchi and banchan for her patrons. Now she's continuing her mother's work with a similar passion for creating community through food and drink.
