Clear and medium gold in color, Citrus Aurantium is lightly filtered, leaving a slight particulate residue. The palate is seville oranges: orange peel, orange juice, and orange marmalade, with a hint of grapefruit bitterness for balance. Oxidative characteristics, akin to fortified wines like port and sherry, emerge subtly from the aging process. The combination of Seville oranges, vanilla, wine, spirits, and sugar creates an enjoyable flavor and aroma. It is best enjoyed over ice.
