Accompani Mari Gold is an easygoing yet complex aperitivo built around Seville orange peel, citron peel, orange blossom, and gentian root. It pours a striking gold, with aromas of marigold and honey. The first sip is brisk and pleasantly dry, carrying a faint gentian bitterness, then opens into notes of chamomile tea, a touch of mint, cinnamon, and bright orange peel before settling into a delicate, lingering honeycomb finish. It is bottled at 25% ABV.

Mari Gold shines as a low-key afternoon sipper, served neat or over ice in place of a tea break. It also works well topped with sparkling water or dry prosecco for a light spritz, garnished with an orange twist.
