Empirical Cilantro is built on a base of light French Wheat and showcases the composition of a single botanical: bright, verdant and refreshing Cilantro. Notes from tomatillo evoke the nuanced flavor of the stem, lime illuminates the green notes of the leaf, and a touch of vinegar unifies and opens the flavors.

At 32% ABV and designed as a modifier that behaves like an ingredient, it brings orchard fruit, dry florals, and kernel bitterness into balance.
