Batch distilled in the Yarra Valley from Australian olive leaf and olive oil, sourced from Cobram Estate in regional Victoria. The leaves and oil come from Picual, Hojiblanca, and Coratina olive varieties. Savory rather than sweet, in style and in drinks.
Great in every style of Martini, from classic to dirty to dry to wet to perfect, and especially a Gibson. Also delicious in a Spanish-inspired gin & tonic.
