Distilled from 100% sugarcane spirit and a mix of locally sourced botanicals — yuzu, mandarin, Douglas fir tips, and sagebrush — this gin is slow-run through a traditional alembic copper pot still to preserve its full aromatic range.

Bright and layered, with a rush of mountain spruce and wild sage on the nose. The palate opens into spiced citrus and herbal depth, balancing freshness with structure.
