Bayab Palm & Pineapple Gin

Bayab is handcrafted in traditional copper stills and combines bountiful local botanicals that are left for 14 days for the flavour of the botincals to fully release. The macerated spirit is then filtered to remove the botanicals, and copper pot distilled.  

This gin’s story begins on the terrains of West Africa, where palm sap is collected from tapping the palm tree, then blended with sweet pineapple from the Hluhluwe region in KwaZulu-Natal, giving this gin its 'tropical' profile.

Beautiful fresh citrus notes and succulent taste of sweet pineapple, refreshing with a hint of salinity on the palate.
