Freeland Forest Gin

Freeland Forest Gin captures the essence of the Pacific Northwest wilderness through foraged botanicals including chanterelle mushrooms, Douglas fir tips, salal berries, and nettles. Each is distilled on a rotary evaporator at low temperatures to preserve its fresh, vibrant character. The aroma evokes new-growth needles and the forest floor, while the palate opens with a hint of florals and fresh greenery before giving way to deep notes of earth, berry, and fresh rain. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

Forest Gin is a natural fit for a crisp gin and tonic garnished with a sprig of rosemary or a few fresh berries. It also brings an earthy, evergreen depth to Martinis, Negronis, and Gimlets, and is complex enough to sip chilled on its own.
