Sông Cái Floral Gin

Made by Sông Cái Distillery, founded in 2018 in Hà Nội as Việt Nam’s first gin distillery. This gin marries the country’s vast deltas and remote mountains, using heirloom fruits and a range of signature flowers to capture the fresh flavors of Vietnam in bloom. It’s distilled in small batches, with care, in direct-fired copper pot stills. Expect a touch of ripe berry, green pepper, ylang ylang, and bee pollen, with gentle dried spice and lingering citrus blossom on the finish.

Try it in a Gin & Tonic, or in a Martini or a floral spritz where its blossom character can shine.
