Ruby Blanca Ribolla Gialla
Ruby Blanca Ribolla Gialla (2023)
Bright, salty, and alive.
Uplifting with plenty of zip and a lovely note of petrichor. Stone fruit and citrus blossom lead, with a subtle savory edge that makes this a natural match for oysters, pad thai, or anything after a salty day with toes in the sand.
Ribolla Gialla was always meant to be at the heart of Ruby Blanca. Sourced from Il Mio Vigneto in the Clements Hills AVA, this fruit is farmed by second-generation grower Dwight Busalacchi, who chose Lodi for its deep soils, clean water, and diverse microclimates. The wine is fermented 100% on the skins for three weeks, then rested on the lees for four months without stirring—resulting in a brighter, lighter expression with depth, texture, and longevity.
