Mezcal Verde is a 100% agave mezcal produced by Juan José ‘Che’ Hernández, a second-generation mezcalero with 25 years of experience in mezcal production. Mezcal Verde follows the original recipe of his late father, ‘Don Che’, which results in a smooth and pleasantly fragrant mezcal.

Mezcal Verde is made using Agave Salmiana, a type of agave that is native to Mexico and is known for its herbaceous and slightly sweet flavor profile. The mezcal has a complex aroma that includes notes of herbal, bell pepper, and chile jalapeño. These aromas are complemented by the strong mineral notes and gently smoked flavor, making Mezcal Verde a truly unique and flavorful experience.
