Roots Divino is a line of non-alcoholic, wine-based aperitifs—di vino—crafted to bring ritual, complexity, and ease to alcohol-free drinking occasions. The halo on the label symbolizes the “divine” pleasure of enjoying the moment without alcohol.

Production begins with a Mediterranean-style vermouth, created by infusing and macerating wormwood, rosemary, gentian, and other native Greek herbs into sweetened wine. The vermouth is then gently dealcoholized using reverse osmosis, the same method used in fine wine production, preserving aroma and structure.

Inspired by ancient herbal remedies, this contemporary Bianco aperitif is fresh, lightly sour, and herb-forward, with notes of rosemary, thyme, and wormwood. Clean, vibrant, and highly mixable.
