Palm Fronds White Blend 2021

From the maker "This is a field blend of everything I buy from one vineyard in Knightsen, CA. I usually put either co-fermenting grapes or blend the ends of juice from the press together and the blend is never the same quantities. Anyways... It is a classic blend Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho and Pinot Gris lol. I bottled it over a year ago and have been sitting on it waiting for it to be in the right place for it to sell. It is absolutely there at the moment. Very tropical SB aromatics and a much more salty (Verdelho) flavor and slightly tannic (pinot gris) finish. I think it's perfect orange wine to drink in the fall.
