The grapes are hand harvested and undergo semi-carbonic maceration.Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. Aged in stainless steel tanks on the lees for 5-6 months.
Fresh cherry, black currant, cranberry, and anise seed with leafy herbaceous note. Mouth-watering acidity, and soft tannins with mineral finish.
