Incantabiss Lambrusco 2023

Brothers Franco and Mario Accorsi are behind this lo-fi interpretation of Lambrusco Mantovano, a unique and tiny DOC that is celebrated as the only appellation outside of Emilia Romagna permitted to produce true Lambrusco.

100% Lambrusco Ruberti with a nose of grape soda, black-berried fruits, dark chocolate, cocoa and BBQ char. Walks a wonderful sweet-tart line with ripping acidity keeping those big, juicy berry vibes on the straight-and-narrow, with a lovely bitter-herbal edge providing further balance to the sweetness of fruit.
