Séléné Beaujolais 2023

A vibrant Nouveau that's aromatic with raspberries, plum, and strawberries and a touch of bubblegum finished with some white pepper notes.  

Séléné is made by Sylvère Trichard who owns a tiny 4 hectares of biodynamically-farmed Gamay in Blacé, a small village in Beaujolais. This is made Naturally without any additions.
