“Vibration,” embodies the winery’s philosophy of balance and integrity. Sourced from old Italian vines, the wine showcases a fresh profile without sacrificing the grape’s natural power. Half of the grapes are fully foot-tread and layered under whole bunches to create a unique, staggered fermentation that enhances flavor extraction and aroma. This careful process produces an unfined,  unfiltered, super vibrant expression of Sangiovese.
