Wonderwerk Big Orange, 1.0 Liter

Wonderwerk Big Orange is an expressive skin-contact natural wine made from a blend of white grapes sustainably farmed across Northern California. Each varietal is destemmed and fermented individually for 1-2 weeks, then blended together and aged in oak barrels for 5 months with the addition of native yeast. No filtration.

Varietals: 30.5% Muscat Canelli, 28.6% Albarino, 16.6% Sauvignon Blanc, 12.1% Chenin Blanc with additional amounts of Torronte, Verdelho, Alvarinho, and Verdejo

Aroma: gentle florals, subtle spice, orange peel and apricot

Tasting notes: stone fruit, hard herbs, honey, and gentle tannins
