Gochoda Brewery is one of the few "domaine-style" sake producers in the world, cultivating their own superior rice for brewing. With 65% of the rice milled away, Azumaichi Junmai Sake possesses a wondrous depth of flavor--umami-filled, with subtle hints of soy sauce, grain, and herbs. Though Junmai sake usually err on the side of subtlety, this product stands out with its complex and delicious profile.
