Aperol

A classic Italian bitter apéritif made from gentian, rhubarb, cinchona, and other botanicals, named after "apéro," French slang for aperitif. A sweeter, lower-ABV, more approachable cousin of Campari, it's built for cocktails and, of course, the Spritz, with notes of bitter orange and rhubarb front and center.

Mix it into an Aperol Spritz, or use it as the bittersweet backbone of your next cocktail.
