Fruit, mineral, citrus, and herbal notes.

Made from Cupreata and Espadín agave.

Nose: fruity, think green banana, fresh guava, and pineapple, mineral scents like river stones or chalk. There are more subtle aromas that come from the distillation, such as tree bark, mesquite wood, and damp soil or clay.

Palate: Tropical fruits like pineapple or guava stand out, with a slight presence of lime and lemon or grapefruit peel; spicy notes like pepper, ginger, and cardamom, as well as herbal notes like rosemary.
