Homebase California Straight Corn Whiskey

Using organic corn from the Sacramento Valley and aged for 4.5 years in ex-Home Base Bourbon barrels. This clocks in at 50% ABV and is deliciously sweet on the palate with notes of buttered popcorn. This is one of the very few corn based whiskeys on the market and even boasts more of a corn mash than old Mellow Corn. Just around 300 bottles were made!
