La Gritona Reposado Tequila (375ml)

A distinctive highlands tequila crafted by Melly Cárdenas at her small distillery in Jalisco. Made from fully mature agave harvested at peak sugar, the piñas are baked within 24 hours of cutting, slow-cooked in earthen ovens, rested, then crushed. The spirit is naturally fermented, twice distilled, and rested for 8 months in reused American whiskey barrels. Bottles are hand-blown from recycled glass in Guadalajara.

Balanced and elegant, with notes of light oak, garden greens, and fresh mint. Bright, vegetal agave carries through to an exceptionally soft, clean finish—no burn.
