Forty Nine Mile Bourbon takes its name from San Francisco’s famed 49-Mile Scenic Drive, which winds through the heart of the city, and aims to capture its spirit and history in every bottle. This small batch bourbon is a blend of four barrels aged for seven years on the Mendocino coast, where the unique microclimate shapes its maturation and draws out rich vanilla and oak. The mash bill is 70% corn, 24% rye, and 6% malted barley. Aromas of rich vanilla and oak lead into a full-bodied palate of caramel, aged oak, nougat, and a hint of citrus, followed by a long, rich, and robust finish. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

This bourbon is a pleasure sipped neat or over a large ice cube, where its vanilla and oak have room to open up. It also makes a rich, well-structured Old Fashioned or Manhattan, and is a thoughtful gift for anyone with a soft spot for San Francisco.
