Named for the fastest-growing redwood tree in the world, this rye is crafted from hand-selected barrels aged between 3 and 5 years, with a 95% rye and 5% malted barley mash bill that delivers real spice complexity. The nose opens with natural rye, brown sugar, and cinnamon, with a faint hint of pepper. On the palate, smooth rye gives way to honey and orange peel that turn peppery, finishing with lingering cinnamon.
