A Brooklyn-based bourbon proofed with pure limestone mineral water, drawn from a source within 100 miles of the distillery, which gives it a deep tie to the land. The aroma is full of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cream, with tasting notes of orange, maple syrup, dark cherries, and almonds. It drinks like a much older bourbon, finishing with smooth tannins and charred oak.
Perfect as a first pour of the evening, neat or over a large cube.
