Humus Flui Pet Nat Branco

From the slopes of the Quinta comes Quinta do Paço's Flui Pet Nat - a bright white sparkling wine made from organic Óbidos grapes from the South West of Portugal. This wine is spontaneously fermented and bottled raw, without filtration or fining and without the addition of sulphites. Delicate bubbles crown this lively sparkler, making it the ideal companion for dishes that celebrate the bounty of the sea.
