New Dawn wines hail from certified sustainable vineyards on the Western Cape of South Africa.

Sourced from 3 Western Cape vineyards with soils of clay, shale and ancient sandstone; de-stemmed, free-run juice then rests in neutral oak and stainless steel tanks on its gross lees for 3 months before bottling with minimal added SO2 added. Chenin Blanc provides the backbone with its crisp acidity and versatility. Roussanne adds richness and aromatic complexity. Verdelho brings a touch of exotic fruit and textural intrigue.
