The all natural canned spritz from Domaine Milan starts with a base of their biodynamic natural rosé before being transformed with an infusion of herbs and eau-de-vie into this lovely cocktail.
The rosé, the same made by progressive wine maker Natalie Milan for her Domaine bottlings, is aromatized with numerous herbs and botanicals (a la vermouth) before being fortified, carbonized and canned. Each one of those botanicals is harvested by hand from the Domaine itself and includes rose petals, fig leaves, rosemary, plum & lemon tree leaves.
Alone Time adheres to a clean, minimal intervention ethos. Farming is done 100% organically by hand or horse. You'll not find a cleaner vermouth-y spritz on the market today.
